That Springsteen song always reminds me of this girl from Junior High.
When I was in junior high we had ONE girl that lived out in the country by me.There was six of us guys and one girl!
So anyways us guys always looked forward to when the ONE girl would have one of her town friends out for a sleepover.We all got bussed to town for school so we knew the town girls but had limited contact with them.
Anyways,us guys would always go riding our dirtbikes at a certain desert spot where there was a sanddune with a big jump and a clasic sand mx track.
So our ONE country girl had "Nicole" out to her house one spring weekend.The country girl had a fourwheeler and her and Nicole went out to THE riding spot where I was tearing it up on my XR 200.
Nicole,who was major hot and cute was impressed by my jumping ability.I repeatdly skyed off this one jump in front of her.
She went to school on Monday and told a bunch of people how fast I was.My head swelled pretty big on that.
Did I capitalize on it with Nicole...no,too fucking shy [img]frown.gif[/img] .Always regretted that.
Anyways,Im on Fire by Bruce was a top song at the time,so it always reminds me of her.
